Blues Brothers 2000 is director John Landis' (National Lampoon's Animal House, Trading Places, An American Werewolf in London, etc.) sequel to his 1980 comedy/musical hit. Reprising his signature role as Elwood Blues is Dan Ackroyd; the new film also stars John Goodman and Joe Morton. Music in the film includes performances by Blues Brothers Band, Junior Wells & Lonnie Brooks, Aretha Franklin, Eddie Floyd, Wilson Pickett & Jonny Lang, Blues Traveler, James Brown, Dr. John, B.B. King and others.
