Fast Forward features four sets of four songs recorded in four different cities New York, New Orleans, Berlin and Amsterdam each with different supporting musicians, including Bill Frissell, Regina Carter, members of Galactic and Zuco103, and the 14-year old singer Mitchell Sink (from the Broadway musical "Matilda.") . In addition to 14 new Jackson songs, the album features two covers (Television s See No Evil & the classic German song Good Bye Jonny. )
